CA Technologies has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Veracode, a leader in securing web, mobile and third-party applications across the software development lifecycle, for approximately $614 million in cash. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of fiscal year 2018, and is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
