Ongoing tech M&A’s pose risk to business continuity as specialist providers are slowly wiped out

The increased merger and acquisition (M&A) activity in the technology sector throughout 2016 has posed a significant risk to continuity amongst UK organisations. This is according to Peter Groucutt, managing director at Databarracks, who warns that specialist continuity providers are slowly being swallowed up into wider service offerings.
