Cloudera expands partner ecosystem

Cloudera has unveiled Cloudera Connect: Cloud, an expanded Cloudera Connect Partner Program to support deployment of Hadoop in public cloud environments. Leading cloud solution providers who have already joined the program, include: Verizon Enterprise Solutions, Savvis (a CenturyLink company), SoftLayer (an IBM company) and T-Systems.

DB Systel GmbH has selected the ADVA FSP 3000 to support metro and long distance network applications. The frame agreement with system integrator AXIANS is based upon ADVA Optical Networking technology for connectivity solutions of multiple 10 Gigabit per second (10Gbit/s).
