Outsourcery announces new O-Cloud and Exchange partner proposition for SMBs

Proposition set to support small businesses fill gap left by Microsoft Small Business Server.

Outsourcery has launched its new O-Cloud small business partner proposition, called O-Cloud Small Business Edition; in response to channel feedback driven from changes to Microsoft’s Small Business Server line-up.

The proposition provides channel partners with a cost effective email and server bundle which is aimed to support 5-75 user businesses.
Research indicates that SMB cloud services are growing and that by 2015, the global SMB market for major cloud services will be $95.7 billion*, an upward trend which is also being realised by Outsourcery’s partners.

The O-Cloud Small Business Edition proposition will include a low cost server for businesses to store files and run applications combined with a hosted exchange email service. As always, the service will be delivered with a channel friendly pricing structure for partners to create their own sell price, and continue to own the billing relationship with their customers. Moreover, the service has been constructed to be price comparable to a traditional on-premise deployment of Microsoft’s Small Business Server, before the additional benefits of a cloud delivery are factored in; such as lower maintenance and support overheads and shorter upgrade cycles.

To help partners maximize this opportunity, Outsourcery will be providing sales training and technical support to partners and helping them go to market with sales guides, on-premise comparison and presentations for customers.

“We pride ourselves on delivering services that our partners feel there is demand for. With the changes to the Microsoft SBS line-up, there was a very strong sentiment in the channel that customers would still want a simple, combined email and server proposition; delivered, supported and billed by their IT partner of choice. This new proposition from Outsourcery is responding directly to that need by helping our partners to deliver the service that their customers need,” James Griffin, Product Strategy and Marketing Director, Outsourcery.
