Buffalo Technology launches the economical and combined Network Attached Storage (NAS) and iSCSI solution for enterprise departments, small businesses and the home office, with the TeraStation 3400 (TS3400).
The new TS3400 offers small businesses and home users an affordable NAS solution with capacity of up to 16TB. The device comes fully populated, available in both Rackmount and Desktop format, while being packed with the latest Marvell ARMADA MV78230 Dual-Core CPU processor and 1 GB of DDR RAM.
The TS3400 combines the quality and versatility that Buffalo users have come to expect, with features normally associated with enterprise-size businesses. The device comes with a quick and reliable user interface, Active Directory support, Hot Swap HDD’s, IP camera recording capabilities and two super speed USB 3.0 ports.
Business and user data is also protected with RAID, and hot swap functionality allows users to change disks without downtime, now a standard feature in the TeraStation family. The device also comes with 10 free NovaStor NovaBACKUP® licenses.
