With access to an extensive range of hardware and software, Telindus will provide cutting edge test equipment which includes a full range of IXIA traffic generation platforms with full licensing. Both portable and chassis based with interchangeable cards, these platforms give customers the ability to test over 150GB of traffic load using a broad range of protocols.

Telindus also has a dedicated server designed to assist with NMS, DCHP, FTP and other services that may be needed during testing. Four 25KM fibre drums allow customers to simulate PoP to PoP topologies.

The Telindus laboratory facility is accessible 24/7/365 both remotely and on premise. Telindus can provide a dedicated workspace and lab engineers to assist with initial lab builds and changes throughout testing. The laboratory comprises of over 600 sq. ft. of floor space, seventeen 47U network cabinets and access to DC and AC power.

With a fully functional and versatile cable infrastructure, intra-cabinet and inter-lab connectivity provides greater flexibility than most standalone lab facilities currently available.

Marek Lowther, Managing Director of Telindus, comments: “Our laboratory facilities offer us the perfect opportunity to use our own expertise and resources to help our customers fully realise their business goals and support their growth.”

Providing an extensive hardware portfolio stretching across optical, service provider, enterprise, data centre, storage and security, Telindus prides itself on its strong working relationships with all of its vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel-Lucent, Redback, Extreme, Adva, EMC, VMWare, NetApp, and Ciena.

The laboratory facility allows customers to have peace of mind when performing software type approval, proof of concept, bug verification and fault replication testing. Whether it is providing confidence that a particular product is fit for purpose, expediting the installation of new product or fixing a costly fault away from the production network, the value this facility can add is unquestionable.
