Gridstore targets UK market

Gridstore, a leader in software-defined storage (SDS) optimised for Windows Servers with Hyper-V that accelerates application I/O, is launching in the UK as part of its expansion into the EMEA markets.

Headquartered in Mountain View California, Gridstore uses patented Server-side Virtual Controller technology (SVCT) to deliver vmOptimized™, offering self-optimisimation to each application across both virtual and physical environments.

Gridstore offers storage optimised for Hyper-V, Windows Server 2012, Veeam and also backup and recovery. Gridstore 3.0 has been designed from the ground up to accelerate applications in virtual environments. Unlike traditional one-size-fits-all storage, Gridstore 3.0 uses patented Server-Side Virtual ControllerTM Technology (SVCT ) to eliminate the I/O blender for each virtual machine and accelerate application I/O.
