AIT delivers DCIM Software as a Service through UK Government G-Cloud framework

Local and Central government organisations access AIT PIMs, a cable and asset management solution, via the G-Cloud software-as-a-service (SaaS) framework.

AIT Partnership Group Ltd says that “AIT PIMs” has been accepted onto the G-Cloud framework and can be purchased online by Government bodies via the CloudStore marketplace.

“AIT PIMs” is a Physical Infrastructure Management Software solution that enables IT teams to map their power & network cabling infrastructure and assets. “AIT PIMs” provides real time monitoring of energy use and environmental conditions, capacity and asset management, interactive floor plans, heat maps, workflow, dashboards and reporting for data centres, communication rooms and cabling infrastructures.

Delivered as SaaS through Amazon Web Services “AIT PIMs” is a comprehensive solution for documenting and managing changes to the physical layer connectivity and assets of a campus, building, data centre or external network. Easy to use, it allows network professionals to create a comprehensive real time model that maps one-to-one with their infrastructure.
