Paolino brings more than 20 years of direct and channel technology sales leadership, with a specific focus on sales growth strategies. “Kevin is an extremely accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in global markets” said Sheila Bouman, executive vice president and managing director at Peer 1. “Kevin will be instrumental in building our presence in existing markets as well as driving our global expansion efforts. I am confident that his expertise and passion for people will play a significant role in Peer 1’s continued growth.”

“I believe that people come first, no matter what.
