Enhanced support for Qsan arrays in EMEA

Qsan Technology, Inc. has unveiled its enhanced customer support programme, which will cover an extensive range of the company’s NAS and SAN products across EMEA. The programme provides services including spare parts replacement, next business day on-site replacement, 4H on-site intervention and 24/7 support. This post-sales service has been launched to ensure that no customer experiences unnecessary, costly downtime whenever this can be prevented.

Products to be incorporated in the enhanced support programme include Qsan’s TrioNAS and TrioNAS LX series, which offer integration of NAS, iSCSI SAN and cloud backup alongside advanced data protection and excellent efficiency and performance. Other products that will be covered are the AegisSAN ranges of storage arrays, which support VMware, Hyper-V and Citrix and are available in 8G, 10G and 16G across a range of FC and iSCSI options.

Simon Atkinson, UK and Ireland channel manager at Qsan, said “we aim to consolidate our position as a major player in the SMB and enterprise-grade storage array markets, and already offer a great balance between TCO and reliability.

The programme features several levels of customer support to allow users to match it to their needs. This is great news for smaller organisations, because they can extend the level of support as their businesses grow and flourish. This also means that Qsan can help customers lower the TCO of their projects while maintaining infrastructure reliability. The support programme is not only available to new Qsan customers; any arrays still under warranty are eligible for the service – part of Qsan’s plan to strengthen its presence across EMEA.
