MTI has announced the expansion of its security portfolio with the addition of incident response, security analytics and e-discovery products through a partnership with the world leader in digital investigations, Guidance Software. MTI will now offer EnCase products to customers across Europe.
The MTI Security Practice delivers comprehensive services including penetration testing, identity and access management, and infrastructure security. The partnership enables MTI to offer a new suite of customised services focused on endpoint security and e-discovery with EnCase.
Andrew Tang, Director of Service, Security at MTI, said: “We’re seeing a huge spike in the sophistication of cybercrime, which means businesses of all size need to show more vigilance than ever against cybercriminals. The addition of Guidance Software’s leading cybersecurity and e-discovery products to our security offering will help us provide an even deeper understanding of our customers’ security requirements.
“The new suite of services will help us build on our strong testing and ethical hacking capabilities, with effective computer investigations and digital forensic activity.”
EnCase security products enable customers to instantly respond to breaches, locate sensitive data, proactively hunt for threats, and automate remediation of affected devices. E-discovery capabilities include identification, collection, processing and review of electronically stored data.
“Working with MTI, Guidance Software will deliver best-in-class EnCase security products to the broader European market, enabling our joint customers to gain better visibility into threats targeting endpoints,” said Alex Andrianopoulos, vice president, Marketing for Guidance Software.
“This partnership enables MTI to boost the level of security for the growing number of devices employees use to access sensitive information.”
