Arrow Electronics receives top prize from Dell

Best performer in Dell network scoops 2014 EMEA OEM Partner of the Year award.

Arrow Electronics, Inc., received the Dell 2014 EMEA OEM Partner of the Year award at Dell’s annual OEM conference in Ireland.


The award recognises the best channel partners in the Dell network, based on the number of approved deals registered and revenue generated. Arrow OEM Computing Solutions (OCS) scored the most highly among Dell partners in the region. Arrow contributed the highest percentage of current new deals registered across EMEA, and is one of Dell’s fastest growing channel partners year on year.


Arrow OCS is uniquely positioned in the Dell OEM channel, offering a complete solution approach which is consistent across EMEA and North America. Attributing this success to the company’s ability to perform as an extension to Dell’s own sales force, to the unique value provided by a global network of integration centres, and to the breadth of technology on offer, Amir Mobayen, vice president and general manager, Arrow OEM Computing Solutions EMEA, said “We are combining the strength of Dell technology with a growing portfolio of complementary supplier products, software and services to offer a total solution approach to OEMs. We are delighted to have Dell as a business partner, and look forward to continued growth together.”


Arrow OCS has a broad customer base, including organisations with specialist applications that present significant growth opportunities for Dell’s high-performance server and storage products. The company has also achieved significant success with Dell’s range of configurable tablets that allow OEMs to customise a device and lock down its functionality.
