Kaseya awards top customers for outstanding IT management

Kaseya awards recognise achievements of UK customers over past year.

Kaseya recently announced the winners of its Managed Service Provider (MSP) and IT Department of the Year Awards.

The awards are designed to recognise enterprise and MSP customers in the UK who have achieved outstanding business results through their innovative use of Kaseya’s technologies.

Award recipients achieved outstanding results across a number of areas, including revenue growth, business value generated for end-users and their progressive use of Kaseya solutions throughout 2014. The awards were split into four categories: Emerging MSP of the Year, Mid-Size MSP of the Year, Large MSP of the Year, and IT Department of the Year. The winning organisations are:

- Emerging MSP of the Year – Green Duck
- Mid-Size MSP of the Year – Knowledge I.T
- Large MSP of the Year – Mirus IT Solutions
- IT Department of the Year – DBSchenker

“We are overwhelmed and delighted to have won Kaseya’s Large MSP of the Year award. The Kaseya platform has allowed us to significantly reduce our engineering overhead each month and by using Kaseya to automate much of our IT service delivery, we’re also able to offer our customers an unparalleled service,” explains Mat Smith, development manager, Mirus IT. “Winning this award means that now, not only can we tell our customers that we’re using the market leading technology, but we can also tell them that we’ve been recognised as one of the top MSPs in the UK and Ireland to do so.”

“It gives me great pleasure to receive Kaseya’s award for Emerging MSP of the Year and to be recognised for our achievements,” said Mathew Green, managing director, Green Duck. “Kaseya has become an indispensable tool that has changed the way we think about the IT estates we manage. It gives our technicians far greater visibility and provides them with an intuitive set of tools which enable them to be more productive. It also provides our business with a competitive advantage and has allowed us to maximise sales and overall efficiency.”

“The UK has some of the most advanced managed service providers in the world and Kaseya is delighted that so many of these great organisations choose to partner with us,” said Spencer Young, Kaseya’s vice president of sales for EMEA. “Many are long-standing customers who we have worked with successfully for a number of years. It is our pleasure to be able to recognise some of them for the ways in which they’ve used Kaseya to help grow their businesses and to deliver higher quality IT services to their end users.”
