VIRTUS Data Centres quadruples customer base with record 2014 sales year

VIRTUS Data Centres strong revenue growth makes it London’s fastest growing data centre operator.

VIRTUS Data Centres has achieved an average revenue growth of 66 per cent per annum since 2012, with 30 per cent of 2014 sales coming from existing customers expanding within VIRTUS’ facilities.


In Q4, VIRTUS Data Centres, London’s fastest growing data centre owner and operator, added another seven new customers across its LONDON1 and LONDON2 data centre estates in Enfield and Hayes.


VIRTUS’ new customers in Q4 include five new Cloud providers to the VIRTUS Cloud Connect ecosystem, a leading global asset management company, a professional services organisation, as well as expansion from two existing Cloud customers.


VIRTUS Data Centres is one of only four data centre operators in London to have achieved Tier III design certification from the Uptime Institute and the only one certified using Excool’s innovative, green and hyper efficient indirect adiabatic and evaporative fresh air cooling technology delivering a PUE of less than 1.2 and London’s lowest total cost of service. In addition, the VIRTUS Marketplace means VIRTUS customers have access to a growing ecosystem of connectivity, cloud and service providers.
