Exhibiting at stand 1100, representatives from CIF will be on hand to discuss the new end user programme, why it has been developed and how it stands to benefit those in the industry.
In addition, there will be a dedicated Cloud Industry Forum speaker theatre, which, over the course of the two days, will include presentations from representatives from Trend Micro, Box, IBM, Microsoft and Ingram Micro Cloud.
Commenting on the upcoming launch of the end user programme, Alex Hilton, CEO of the Cloud Industry Forum, said: “Our new end user membership programme will allow individuals within organisations to maximise the potential of Cloud, become more valuable to their businesses in the process, and enhance their worth in the labour market. The membership scheme is still in beta stage, though over the coming months we will be introducing a market-recognised and respected accreditation programme and a comprehensive e-learning course, complete with over 22 courses.
“Members of the new scheme will have access to a vast portal of knowledge, created by ourselves and collected from our industry members, which we will be updating continually. This resource will allow individual members to keep up to date with the latest Cloud-related legislation, standards and technologies – invaluable in such a fast-paced industry as Cloud. We will also be hosting a range of members only events, workshops and webinars to help our members to get the most out of Cloud and to plot their migration paths,” he continued.
The Cloud Industry Forum will be running a Cloud Expo Europe exclusive for those interested in becoming found members. Show attendees will be eligible for CIF’s Founder Member offer, which will grant early access to existing services for £75 pa, down from £190 pa.
