Flagship Management meeting all EMEA communication requirements through Solgari Cloud Services

Flagship Management, a leading specialist maritime recruitment firm, with offices in the US and Europe, is now running all EMEA telephony requirements through Solgari’s cloud based business communications software solution. 

As a key maritime focused recruitment company, Flagship Management has heavy outbound call volumes into the maritime markets globally and a number of staff working remotely across EMEA and Asia Pacific. Previously in EMEA, staff were using different localized cloud and fixed line services which led to expensive telephony & international call costs as well as a less productive internal communications environment. 

Through Solgari’s Cloud Business Telephony & Collaboration service, all EMEA staff, in Ireland, UK and on the road, are on the same cloud communications system covering calls, presence, chat and conferencing across any internet connection. Solgari’s software solution provides all local number requirements while removing the requirement for different carriers and expensive call charges in each country.
