Blue Medora has launched its new True Visibility Suite for New Relic. By extending New Relic’s cloud-based monitoring capabilities to the entire heterogeneous stack, DevOps and IT operations teams can easily share information, collaborate and quickly resolve issues.

Blue Medora aggregates thousands of individual resource data points from leading virtualisation, server, storage, compute, network and databases into New Relic for relationship-aware, end-to-end visibility. The company is providing new agentless plugins to improve enterprise IT operations visibility within New Relic for the other systems that support enterprise applications. All IT metrics provided by Blue Medora are instantly displayed as intuitive, graphical dashboards within New Relic and fully integrated with Insights, New Relic’s real-time analytics engine.

“New Relic has a diverse set of customers utilising distributed applications and cloud services, with many of them relying on traditional infrastructure in some aspects of their enterprise,” said Nathan Owen, co-founder and CEO of Blue Medora. “With the True Visibility Suite’s industry-leading data depth and built-in best practices, New Relic organisations can troubleshoot database and infrastructure issues associated with their code quickly, even if they don’t have an in-house infrastructure expert.”

The Blue Medora True Visibility Suite supports dozens of industry-leading platforms including Amazon, Dell, Cisco and Oracle, giving customers the flexibility to extend Blue Medora across a diverse IT environment under a single license.

When paired with New Relic, the True Visibility Suite improves application availability, providing fast feedback and resolution of problems anywhere in the IT stack.

Features and benefits of Blue Medora True Visibility for New Relic include:

?      Out-of-the-box dashboards: Every Plugin includes multiple dashboards based on common use cases for a quick view of the health of an entire stack and how changes impact each layer of the stack with virtualisation-aware relationship mapping.
?      Industry-leading data depth: Plugins go as deep on databases, load balancers, network, storage and compute as any native monitoring tool. For non-experts, dashboards identify the key metrics for any given resource.
?      Enterprise-class code and support: Most Plugins install in minutes without costly services. The True Visibility Suite’s NPI-compatible plugins are continually updated and supported by Blue Medora.
?      Complete infrastructure coverage: Eliminate blind spots. Dozens of plugins offer the industry’s broadest coverage of underlying, heterogeneous infrastructure.
