Cradlepoint launches new Partner Portal

Cradlepoint has introduced Cradlepoint Cascade, a new partner engagement platform designed to help partners thrive in the Wireless WAN and 5G era. The Cascade platform offers channel partners a streamlined experience for selling, renewing, and supporting Cradlepoint’s subscription-based network solutions with the goal of reducing partner costs and increasing their revenues as they embrace the massive opportunity in Wireless WAN and 5G.

Cascade offers members of the Cradlepoint Partner Program a sleek and simple platform that provides a tailored, single, and unified pane-of-glass experience for all teams within partner organisations. Capabilities of Cascade include:

 

Customer Subscription Management: Partners have full visibility to customer subscription information including details on exactly how many licenses purchased by each customers, how many are being used, and which ones are in or out of compliance. Partners also have full insight into exactly when subscriptions expire so they can proactively work with customers to organise a renewal and avoid a service affecting event.

 

Content Library, Campaigns and Co-Branding: Partners have access to Cradlepoint’s sales content asset and campaign library to get the latest assets to support their selling efforts which can include co-branding. Accessible sales-oriented assets include, product collateral, proven lead-gen campaigns, marketing assets, technical documents, and price lists.

 

World-Class Training: Through Cascade and Cradlepoint University, Cradlepoint offers partner enablement with training that focuses on product positioning, solutions and technology classes, developer training, and certifications to position partners as leaders in the market. In addition, partners can invest in guided journeys to train staff with 30, 60, or 90-day plans to accelerate revenue and expand reach.

 

Transparent Deal Registration: Deal registration has always been a mixed bag. Vendors find it essential and partners fear the lack of transparency they often bring. The result is underutilisation, which means a lack of forecastable deals for the vendor and leaves money on the table for partners. Cradlepoint Cascade has a new spin on deal registration that is easy for partner sellers to register a deal and much more transparent when it comes to ongoing visibility of registration status.
