Through a partnership with Levinstein, a prominent real estate developer, and with backing from UK-based Goldacre, a specialist data centre investment firm, NED is developing this state-of-the-art, LEED Gold-certified facility. The 35,000 sqm fortified campus will provide 42MVA of power, with plans for future expansion. Goldacre, also a major shareholder in UK-based Kao Data, a leading infrastructure owner and operator of data centres engineered for AI, hopes to build on its success, leveraging its expertise from Kao Data to shape the development of NED’s new facility.
Situated on Israel’s central Mediterranean coast, just 20km from the Tel Aviv metropolitan area, the Campus will strengthen the region's tech infrastructure, offering premier availability and services designed to meet the highest standards for hyperscale and enterprise clients, with whom negotiations are already underway.
The Alpha Campus will also bring state-of-the-art AI ready infrastructure to Israel for the first time, propelling the "Start-Up Nation" into a new era of AI-driven innovation. Israel, renowned for its clusters in biotech, agritech, cybersecurity, and machine learning, will benefit from this cutting-edge campus designed to support AI and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads.
Some of the Campus’s standout features include versatile cooling options, including direct liquid cooling (DLC) starting at 100kW per rack, in-row cooling, and rear-door heat exchangers for entire data halls. The Alpha Campus also has a fortified underground design that provides secure, protected infrastructure against physical (terror and missiles) and cyber threats, ensuring unparalleled reliability and resilience. Electra Limited will construct the campus, which is expected to become operational in 2027.
