Tech Mahindra, a prominent global technology consultancy, has officially introduced the TechM Orion Marketplace. This innovation represents an Agentic AI marketplace designed to centralise AI governance, alleviate employee cognitive loads, and facilitate autonomous AI operations across complex workflows.

The marketplace utilises advanced Agentic AI frameworks, combining large language models (LLMs) with sophisticated machine learning algorithms. These technologies provide customisable solutions, unlocking faster time-to-value and reducing operational costs for enterprises across diverse sectors. In doing so, TechM Orion Marketplace ensures sustainable competitive advantage and delivers measurable business impacts.

Birendra Sen, the President of Business Process Services at Tech Mahindra, summarised the initiative: systems possessing true autonomy, capable of thinking, acting, and adapting, are at the core of what the Marketplace offers. This platform encourages businesses to move from viewing AI as mere rule-based engines to recognising them as strategic tools capable of driving crucial outcomes.

The platform was initially launched as TechM Orion back in July 2025. The Orion Marketplace now takes this further by featuring AI-powered voice agents and enabling real-time query resolutions. These capacities allow agents to perform autonomously, adapt, and collaborate efficiently, significantly enhancing productivity and minimising errors.

As TJ Singh from Third Eye Advisor highlights, this marketplace delivers Agentic AI in an agile, adaptive, and cost-effective mode. It's a bold step enabling industries to transform business processes, reduce complexity, and enhance competitive advantage while ensuring intelligent automation guided under the right governance.

Beyond technology, the development is emblematic of Tech Mahindra’s strategic commitment to platform-led, AI-first solutions and the "AI Delivered Right" philosophy. The approach prioritises enterprise-grade AI that remains ethical and results-oriented. With the rollout of this marketplace, Tech Mahindra reaffirms its pledge to equip enterprises to flourish in a swiftly evolving digital economy.
