Camunda pioneers new integrations with ServiceNow

Camunda's new ServiceNow integrations enhance orchestration of complex IT processes, offering improved visibility and flexibility in enterprise environments.

Camunda, a leader in agentic automation, has launched new integrations with ServiceNow that promise to revolutionise how enterprises orchestrate long-running processes across multiple systems, people, automation tools, and AI agents. Through these integrations, organisations can model and execute processes using the industry's BPMN and DMN standards, all while maintaining ServiceNow as the central system of record. This strategic approach greatly enhances visibility, flexibility, and integration across diverse IT environments.

The new Camunda connector, designed for calling ServiceNow APIs, is now available on the Camunda Marketplace. Additionally, a certified Camunda Spoke is listed on the ServiceNow Store, providing a pre-packaged integration that dramatically reduces setup time and complexity. By employing Camunda’s orchestration capabilities, organisations can reduce the dependency on manual customisation, thereby achieving greater automation agility, and ensuring robust governance across dispersed teams and systems.

This setup enables practical applications such as IT asset onboarding or resolving incidents to be carried out with enhanced transparency, flexibility, and scalability.

“For many enterprises, ServiceNow is at the heart of IT service management,” noted Daniel Meyer, CTO at Camunda. “With Camunda, organisations can leverage ServiceNow further, orchestrating comprehensive IT processes with improved governance and visibility.”

“As organisations transition from AI experimentation to scaled operationalisation, the emphasis on trusted, scalable platform partnerships takes precedence,” added Alix Douglas, GVP of partner solutions at ServiceNow. “The Camunda Spoke, integrated with the ServiceNow AI Platform, facilitates seamless integration of customisable agentic AI capabilities that unify data and workflows, thereby expediting enterprise transformation.”

The ServiceNow Partner Program is designed to acknowledge partners for their extensive expertise and experience, enabling them to explore new opportunities, access new markets, and deliver transformational outcomes for joint enterprise customers. As a ServiceNow Build Partner, Camunda develops and distributes applications on the ServiceNow AI Platform, leveraging tailored configurations and seamless integrations to bolster platform capabilities.
