Zen Internet launches new Ethernet services with CityFibre

Zen Internet expands its channel offering with CityFibre, enhancing connectivity options for UK partners and businesses.

Zen Internet has announced an enhancement to its channel offering with the introduction of two new services, CityFibre's Ethernet Flex and DIA Ethernet. These additions provide partners across the UK with greater choice, increased coverage, and fresh opportunities in a swiftly evolving market.

The full fibre offerings, Ethernet 1000 Flex and 1 Gbps DIA Ethernet, are set to become available within Zen’s Partner and Business divisions. Offering up to 1 Gbps, these services promise both versatility and robust bandwidth for business connectivity. Partners will find the services easy to access through the Leased Line Quote Tool in The Fibre Hub, simplifying the sales process.

This move enhances Zen’s expansive Ethernet portfolio, offering partners a more competitive footprint just as UK businesses transition from traditional to modern connections. The new services solidify Zen's collaboration with CityFibre and coincide with rising demand for reliable fibre connectivity.

Existing partnerships between Zen and CityFibre have already enabled enterprise-grade Ethernet services for over 260,000 UK businesses. As part of efforts to lead the charge in the technological shift, the joint offering aims to capture a larger market share.

  • Ethernet Flex: Acts as a bridge-product, providing a cost-effective solution for customers not yet ready for a fully dedicated line.
  • 1 Gbps DIA Ethernet: Ensures uncontended, guaranteed bandwidth, offering partners a compelling alternative to existing carrier options.

With Zen’s 2025-launched The Fibre Hub, channel partners benefit from an efficient platform that allows them to compare options and secure competitive pricing. This initiative strengthens Zen and CityFibre's pledge to deliver choice and value.

Paul North, Managing Director at Zen Partner, underscores the significance of this development, viewing it as a crucial proposition at a pivotal moment for connectivity in the UK. The expansion not only meets increasing demands but also prepares businesses for future transitions to new technologies.
