Mitel unveils its enhanced Global Partner Program, designed to provide partners with a consistent global experience and updated incentives. As the demand for integrated hybrid communications grows, Mitel aims to acknowledge its more than 6,000 partners worldwide for their business momentum and expertise.

The program aims to offer a harmonised global structure, progressive benefits, and performance-based incentives. It introduces a recognition and marketing initiative for partners specialising in verticals and emerging technologies such as AI. These elements aim to provide clarity and consistency in partner collaboration with Mitel, while acknowledging partner performance and contributions in the market.

Mitel's enhanced experience, which debuted in June 2025, has evolved into a framework aligning with outcomes partners often prioritise. As organisations reimagine business continuity and collaboration strategies, there is a notable shift towards hybrid approaches. Pushed by the growing demand for flexible and secure cloud solutions, organisations seek to mitigate risks while maintaining operational continuity.

"More than 68% of businesses have used their current communication systems for over seven years," said Eric Hanson, Mitel's Chief Marketing Officer. He went also noted that 92% of organisations are choosing hybrid approaches during market refresh cycles, a trend that Mitel’s enhanced partner program is designed to support.

The program seeks to empowers partners to secure customer loyalty and growth through a streamlined framework aimed at delivering measurable outcomes. By introducing a modern points-based system recognising contributions in revenue, specialisation, training, and customer success, the program provides a structured way to support evolving communication needs and potential future opportunities.
