Presidio, a technology services and solutions provider, recently announced the completion of its acquisition of Ergo, an IT solutions and managed services provider headquartered in Ireland. This move marks a key step in Presidio's European expansion, bringing together two established firms to strengthen digital transformation services for regional and multinational clients.

Founded in 1993, Ergo has provided IT solutions for over 30 years. As an Azure Expert Managed Services Partner and Ireland's Microsoft Azure Partner of the Year, Ergo strengthens Presidio's global partnerships with Microsoft and other major technology vendors.

The integration of the two organisations will expand technical expertise, support innovation, and reinforce operational capabilities. The combined company will offer broader expertise in Microsoft, Broadcom, and Dell technologies, along with extended capabilities in cloud services, cybersecurity, digital consulting, and IT resourcing.

Bob Cagnazzi, Chief Executive Officer of Presidio, highlighted that the acquisition unites two experienced teams, creating a more comprehensive technology services organisation in Europe while improving service delivery for clients and establishing a scalable foundation for growth across the region.

Paul McCann, Chief Executive Officer of Ergo, added that the acquisition opens a new chapter for Ergo, allowing the company to contribute to Presidio’s European expansion while continuing to prioritise client-focused service.

Clients and partners of both companies can expect continued service delivery as the combined organisation works to expand capabilities and drive innovation across Europe.
