This appointment underscores his almost four-decade tenure with the West Midlands-based HVAC specialist, reflecting both his career evolution and the broader changes within the HVAC industry.

Beginning his journey with Weatherite in February 1987 as a Contracts Engineer, Mark witnessed a time when telex and fax were indispensable tools. His career trajectory has seen him navigate the industry's shift from analogue roots to the contemporary AI-driven landscape, with an aim to deliver quality outcomes.

Throughout his career, Mark has advanced through various roles, transitioning to Weatherite Services in 1995. Here, he managed site installation projects, including a £2 million clean-room construction in 1999. Rising through the ranks, he became Contracts Manager in 1998, and subsequently, at 33, Contracts Director in 2000. His adept leadership led to his appointment as Operations Director in 2014, overseeing diverse departments undergoing improvements.

As Managing Director, Mark now shifts from day-to-day operations to strategically steering the company's future. His responsibilities include fostering business growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, nurturing leadership talents, and managing company performance. Mark's immediate objectives include fine-tuning operational efficiencies, maintaining quality, and overseeing product innovation with an eye on future market expansion both locally and internationally.

Initiatives Under Mark’s Leadership:

  • Growing the business and expanding the market reach
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction and after-sales care
  • Supporting the leadership team development
  • Managing the annual financial plan and outcomes

Mark intends to expand into European and international markets, encourage innovation, and generate local employment opportunities.
