Climb Global Solutions has completed the acquisition of Interworks.cloud, a cloud distributor based in Greece, in a transaction valued at approximately €8.0 million. This move strengthens Climb’s presence in the Southeastern European region.

The acquisition allows Climb to expand across key markets including Greece, Malta, Cyprus, and Bulgaria. Interworks brings over 600 relationships with cloud resellers and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), adding scale to Climb’s operations.

This integration enhances Climb’s position within the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Distribution network in Europe, supporting compliance with evolving partner requirements.

For MSPs and channel partners across the EMEA region, the acquisition provides access to a wider portfolio of vendors, including Acronis, NinjaOne, Nord Security, and Google. Interworks partners will also gain access to Climb’s full EMEA vendor portfolio.

The transaction establishes a foundation for Climb Channel Solutions to advance cloud distribution capabilities, including expanded vendor onboarding and enhanced marketplace functionality.

Climb and Interworks have maintained a long-standing partnership, sharing a partner-focused approach centred on service quality and sustainable growth. The integration will include the entire Interworks team, ensuring continuity of local support across multiple European markets. Interworks contributes an established Microsoft CSP business, a multi-country footprint, and expertise in cloud marketplace distribution.

The acquisition positions Interworks to broaden its vendor and solution offerings and extends the reach of both companies, supporting partners across Southeastern Europe.

“The acquisition of Interworks builds upon our strategy to expand our cloud and software distribution capabilities across Europe while strengthening our Pan-European Microsoft partnership,” said Climb CEO Dale Foster.
