Absolute Security is integrating Agentic AI into its existing cyber resilience platform, aiming to reduce the financial impact of downtime, which is estimated to account for over $400 billion in annual global losses.
A survey of 750 Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) reported that a cyberattack or systemic failure can result in an average operational shutdown of around 14 days. The associated costs can reach up to $2 million per hour, meaning a two-week disruption could amount to approximately $670 million in losses.
The AI-driven enhancements to Absolute Security’s platform are intended to help CISOs reduce downtime more quickly, with the goal of limiting potential financial impact. By incorporating Agentic AI, organisations are given additional tools intended to help them respond to existing and emerging cyber threats.
Alongside this, Absolute Security provides a unified platform that integrates Secure Endpoint and Secure Access solutions. This is designed to support the enforcement of security policies across devices accessing networks and sensitive data, with the aim of maintaining operational continuity during disruptive events.
The platform also strengthens endpoint security and resilience, helping organisations enforce compliance policies intended to reduce the risk of security incidents, compliance breaches, and business interruptions.
As organisations continue to operate in hybrid work environments with increasing threat complexity, maintaining operational continuity remains a key priority. Absolute Security’s integration of AI into its platform is positioned as part of its approach to addressing these challenges, supporting secure connectivity and resilience during disruptive conditions.
