MSP Global, the vendor-neutral event, returns to the managed services ecosystem, bringing together MSPs and IT leaders to strengthen partnerships and support business growth. The gathering is expected to bring together over 3,000 business leaders on 21–22 October at the PortAventura theme park near Barcelona.

This year’s theme, “Serve Your Ecosystem,” is the third in a thematic series exploring the broader environment in which MSPs operate. Previous editions focused on building and growing ecosystems. This year’s focus shifts to how those ecosystems are supported and maintained.

Attendees will explore the theme through six topic tracks:
  • Growth and Efficiency: Skills and approaches for MSPs, corporate IT leaders, and digital transformation professionals to improve resilience and respond to market demands.
  • Solution-Focused AI: Practical applications of AI for MSPs in real-world contexts.
  • Product Education & Platform Building: Turning technology into services, and services into trusted offerings.
  • Cybersecurity: Positioning cybersecurity as a value-added capability rather than only a baseline requirement.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Guidance on reducing regulatory risk, contractual exposure, and liability for MSPs and their clients.
  • Tomorrow’s Big Ideas: Time dedicated to examining longer-term trends and external forces shaping MSP businesses.
Early speaker announcements include a range of industry figures sharing insights:
  • Daniel Welling, a founding member of the MSP Finance Team, focuses on financial approaches designed to improve outcomes for MSPs.
  • Allan Friedman co-authored the SBOM initiative, which is increasingly referenced in relation to compliance frameworks such as the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
  • Jake Moore, a cybersecurity advisor, presents on how AI-based face-swapping tools can be used to deceive during live online interviews.
  • Cybersecurity specialist Ralph Echemendia advises organisations on protecting intellectual property from cyber threats.
  • Dr. Stefanie Frey, Managing Director of Deutor Cyber Security Solutions, has experience in cybercrime prevention and security strategy.
  • Michael Bartch specialises in cybersecurity crisis management and has advised governments and private sector organisations on risk reduction.
Further speaker announcements and details on networking sessions are expected, along with the World Server Throwing Tour Spanish Qualifier, a competitive side event designed for first-time participants as well as returning attendees.
