Chris Coward, Director of Project Management and Anna Rantala, Marketing Manager – both at BCS - talk through the company’s recently launched Athlete Career Transition Programme, designed to address the data centre industry’s skills shortage by helping ex-professional sports people to find a new career in the digital infrastructure sector. Chris runs the programme and Anna is one of its several success stories to date, bringing many transferable skills to BCS.
