Getting to market quickly with a new service idea is often one of the key drivers in businesses opting to move into the cloud, as is the case with specialist IT support company, Complete I.T. The company specialises in providing support services to the SMB community, which tends to require such services promptly, and with a fair degree of hand-holding.

With that in mind the company sought a partnership that could help deliver an all-inclusive Cloud solution to their clients. Having conducted extensive research into various providers in the marketplace, Complete I.T. concluded that ChannelCloud was best placed to meet its needs and the needs of its SMB client base.

“We chose ChannelCloud as they had a ready-to-go to market, highly resilient, powerful and feature rich Cloud Platform that was designed specifically to sell through the Channel,” said Colin Blumenthal, Managing Director of Complete I.T. “We did not want to re-invent the wheel and we wanted to focus our resources on the provision and growth of our core IT Support services and activities.  The ChannelCloud solution provides us with a ready to use complete range of Cloud technologies and tools including a comprehensive quoting tool and professional Contracts."

ChannelCloud offers a turn-key, Citrix based, Cloud solution which enables channel businesses to go to market quickly, with a complete Cloud offering in their own name, and with self-defined margins. It has a partner program which offers a wide range of guidance, tools and training required to transition from the traditional Break/Fix and Managed Services delivery models to a Cloud Service Provider delivery model.

Complete I.T. is at the forefront of providing SMBs with IT services to help run their businesses efficiently. They offer packaged Cloud Computing appraisals, helping clients assess their needs and advising on how Cloud Computing could work to improve their current business set up.

“ChannelCloud enables IT Service providers to deploy comprehensive Cloud solutions (to include Hosted Desktops and Unified Communications) for their respective clients,” said Paul Byrne, CEO ChannelCloud UK/Ireland. “We are very proud to have Complete I.T. associated with our partner program and the national coverage which it brings with it.”

Now it is moving into delivering services using the cloud, Complete I.T. has also opted to accredit itself to the Cloud Industry Forum’s Code of Practice (CoP).

ChannelCloud is itself a Founding Member of the Cloud Industry Forum, as well as being certified to its Code of Practice, and accordinty to Byrne the company always encourages its partners to follow suit.

“We firmly believe that in a marketplace which is becoming increasingly crowded, a certification such as the CIF CoP can help Complete I.T. really differentiate.”

Alex Hilton, the Cloud Industry Forum’s CEO, added: “We are very much encouraged to hear that Complete I.T. is pursuing certification against the Cloud Industry Forum’s Code of Practice. The Code is ultimately about ensuring end user trust, and it’s important that this trust exists not just at the start of the cloud supply chain, but at every touch point. In doing so, the industry can create a sustainable and transparent marketplace for the users of cloud services.”
