Immedion enhances Cloud Services with OnApp and VMware vCloud Air Network

Immedion LLC, provider of Cloud, colocation and managed services, has selected OnApp as its Cloud Management Platform and has extended its VMware vCloud Air Network™ participation by joining the vCloud Air Managed Services Provider (MSP) initiative

OnApp has been selected to help Immedion enhance and simplify the end-user Cloud Portal experience. Using the OnApp platform to deliver both VMware vCloud® Air™ and VMware vCloud Director® services, Immedion will manage VMware-based enterprise customers, provision and bill for services, and provide the latest VMware vCloud features to its customers through Web, iOS, and Android portals.

“We’re delighted that Immedion is part of our transformation of service delivery for VMware vCloud Air Network Service Providers,” said Narendar Shankar, president, OnApp USA. “Immedion will be able to bring super-intuitive provisioning and management to the VMware vCloud environment all while maintaining stability, security, flexibility, and customization.

“Meeting the needs of our customers is always our top priority," said Rob Moser, Chief Operating Officer, Immedion. “By partnering with VMware and leveraging the vCloud Air Network MSP initiative, Immedion will expand our cloud services portfolio and offer greater flexibility so our customers can select the exact level of cloud services they need. To ensure ease of use for our customers, we’ve selected OnApp’s simple, functional cloud portal for faster provisioning and billing.”
