Hyve Managed Hosting expands international cloud services to Zurich and Geneva

Enterprise cloud, private cloud and colocation now available in 35 Equinix data centres in Europe, US and Central America.

Hyve Managed Hosting has revealed its latest phase of international expansion with the launch of its award-winning enterprise cloud, private cloud and colocation services in Switzerland. Operating from data centre campuses of global partner, Equinix, in both Zurich and Geneva, Hyve is now providing its services from a total of 35 locations around the globe.

Hyve’s managed private and enterprise cloud services run on no single point of failure hardware. Designed for businesses that require sensitive information to be highly secure, they are built on VMware software, HPE Blade Systems and HPE 3PAR tiered storage arrays. All solutions are fully managed by Hyve 24/7/365 and can be set up to run across multiple data centres for disaster recovery.

Equinix data centres are certified to meet rigorous environmental and energy standards. Their commitment to the environment and use of innovative green technologies has won accolades from industry and governmental bodies. Hyve’s fully managed services are backed by a highly flexible and proactive international support team, offering Hyve’s ‘extra mile’ support service.

“Hyve is an increasingly international business - customers place a lot of value in the quality of service we deliver and want to see us open for business wherever they are located,” explained Jon Lucas, co-director at Hyve. “Our partnership with Equinix enables us to respond to this kind of customer demand very quickly and, as a result, we are delighted to make this investment to establish Hyve in this important European financial market.”
