Cameo Services reveals leadership restructure for 2026

Cameo Services restructures senior leadership to support international growth following developments in 2025.

Cameo Services has revealed a senior leadership restructure, aligning its operations for global success in 2026. This initiative is designed to strengthen the company's core capabilities following a significant year of expansion.

In 2025, the company experienced significant growth, establishing three new warehouses across the UK and Ireland and securing a sweeping national rollout involving over 35,000 locations. Additionally, the acquisition of base contracts in October strengthened its market position.

With the UK operations leveraging a strong infrastructure, including a substantial in-house engineering team within the channel, the shift in leadership roles signifies a fresh chapter focused on international opportunities.

Luke Horton-Walker will transition from Managing Director to CEO, aiming to drive international expansion while maintaining Cameo’s established service model. He reflected that 2025 was a significant year for Cameo Services, and the company now aims to continue evolving to meet the changing needs of its partners.

The company has strengthened its leadership team by combining internal talent with experienced industry professionals. Sara Wilkes has been appointed Managing Director, bringing over 20 years of IT service experience to oversee daily operations and growth.

The team is further augmented by Laura Smith, who leads the Sales and Marketing sectors, and Andy Carter, who assumes the role of Finance Director from Wavenet. They are joined by Michelle Would as Service Director, who brings two decades of customer focus to aim for enhanced partner satisfaction.

The restructuring is part of a broader strategic vision to empower customers and strengthen competitiveness. As part of its commitment to growth, Cameo Services signals plans to enhance its leadership capabilities further during the year.
