Westcon-Comstor launches OneSOC: providing channel partners with white-label SOC services

Westcon-Comstor introduces OneSOC, a scalable, vendor-agnostic solution enabling partners to establish a Security Operations Centre without upfront costs.

Westcon-Comstor, a global technology distributor with expertise in cybersecurity, networking, and hybrid cloud solutions, has revealed OneSOC. This launch is expected to impact security operations by introducing a vendor-agnostic, white-label service.

The primary objective of OneSOC is to empower channel partners to deliver a customised Security Operations Centre (SOC) branded under their own name, devoid of initial financial commitments.

The global SOC market is anticipated to increase from a valuation of US $47 billion in the previous year to $104 billion by 2035. However, potential partners often face prohibitive barriers when entering this burgeoning market. Constructing an in-house SOC demands considerable upfront investment, sustained operating expenses, and the acquisition of rare specialist skills. Additionally, the necessity to manage diverse tools, telemetry, and workflows adds to these challenges.

OneSOC aims to eliminates these hurdles, providing partners the agility to swiftly commence and expand SOC operations tailored to a diverse range of customer needs.

Available throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), OneSOC aims to deliver rapid and low-latency threat detection across IT, OT, and cloud environments. It aims to offer data sovereignty, storage flexibility, and compliance-ready reporting conducive to GDPR and NIS2 regulations. Furthermore, the service is cloud-ready within minutes, supporting data ingestion from any source.

This initiative marks an expansion of Westcon-Comstor's security operations portfolio following the success of its previous Comstor XDR offering catered to Cisco partners. Building on the market traction of that Cisco-centric service, Westcon-Comstor now broadens its security operations via a white-label, vendor-neutral, and comprehensive service.

This approach will focus on augmenting value for both partners and their clientele through an enhanced and simplified service portfolio.
