Hexaware Technologies has introduced enhancements to its enterprise AI agent platform, Agentverse. The updates are intended to help organisations move from AI experimentation to implementation by addressing challenges associated with AI deployment and scaling.
As enterprises pursue AI initiatives, many face difficulties when progressing beyond pilot projects. These challenges can include secure scaling, governance requirements, and alignment with business objectives. Agentverse now includes three additional capabilities aimed at supporting enterprise AI adoption.
Agentverse provides infrastructure for AI operations with a focus on security and scalability. The platform integrates with enterprise systems through policy-aware connectors that incorporate governance and compliance requirements into workflows. It also includes memory and contextual intelligence capabilities intended to support AI agent decision-making. Additional features such as audit trails and role-based access controls are included to support oversight and compliance.
Agentverse now includes Agentic Studios, which provides a six-stage workflow: Define → Design → Approve → Test → Deploy → Operate. The framework is designed to support the development, validation, deployment, and management of AI agents. The environment is compatible with platforms including Azure and AWS and is intended to support the transition from development to production while meeting compliance requirements.
The platform also introduces AI agent lifecycle management capabilities designed to support oversight of AI agents throughout their operational lifecycle, from creation to retirement. The governance framework is intended to help organisations maintain alignment between AI systems and business objectives while adapting to changing requirements over time.
According to Hexaware, the role of AI agents is evolving beyond task execution. The company states that Agentverse is designed to help organisations manage AI agents throughout their lifecycle while maintaining alignment with business objectives. The latest updates introduce a governance layer intended to support the deployment and ongoing management of AI systems across enterprise environments.
