Exclusive Networks appoints new group CFO

Exclusive Networks has announced the appointment of Sergio Amodeo as Group Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he will lead the group's financial strategy and report directly to Jesper Trolle, Chief Executive Officer.

Sergio has extensive experience as a finance executive across multinational corporations and private equity-backed businesses. Before joining Exclusive Networks, he served as Group CFO and Board Member at Nexture. He has also held Group CFO positions at Radisson Hospitality and TeamSystem, along with finance leadership roles at Danone and Procter & Gamble.

The appointment comes as Exclusive Networks continues to develop its leadership team while pursuing its growth and value creation objectives. Sergio's experience in financial management and strategic execution will support the company's ongoing initiatives.

He will be responsible for helping to strengthen the finance function in line with the company's broader business objectives and long-term value creation strategy.
