EMEA expansion: Dropzone AI partners with QBS Software

Dropzone AI partners with QBS Software to introduce Agentic SOC across EMEA, aiming to support MSSPs and VARs with sophisticated AI-driven security operations.

In a move to strengthen its presence across EMEA, Dropzone AI has entered into an exclusive distribution partnership with QBS Software. The collaboration seeks to enables QBS to distribute Dropzone AI's Agentic Security Operations Centre (SOC) to Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) in the region.

Dropzone AI's Agentic SOC comprises a suite of AI agents designed for machine-scale detection and response. The offering includes an AI SOC Analyst, which is used by more than 300 companies to investigate alerts across existing security environments. Rather than automating isolated processes, it is designed to investigate alerts end-to-end, compile evidence-based findings, and escalate identified threats for human review.

For MSSPs, the partnership provides an opportunity to expand managed SOC services without increasing analyst headcount at the same rate as alert volumes. By using AI agents to process alerts, MSSPs may be able to onboard clients more quickly, support SLA requirements, and manage operational efficiency as alert volumes grow.

For VARs, the agreement creates an additional option for supporting organisations with internal SOC teams. Through QBS' VAR network, customers can deploy Dropzone AI technology to accelerate alert investigations, reduce false positives, and help address alert fatigue. The platform is designed to integrate with existing SIEM, SOAR, and EDR systems, providing continuous investigation support.

Organisations continue to face increasing cyber threats, which can place pressure on traditional security staffing models. Dropzone AI's AI Analysts are intended to assist by delivering evidence-based conclusions that can shorten investigation times and reduce operational demands on security teams.

For MSSPs, Dropzone AI is designed to support SOC efficiency and investigation quality while helping manage costs. It may enable partners to support a larger customer base, improve SLA performance, and strengthen customer relationships. For VARs, the technology offers an additional option for organisations operating their own SOCs, helping address resource limitations and streamline security operations.

Integrating Dropzone AI into the QBS ecosystem provides MSSPs and VARs with access to an Agentic SOC that can support managed, co-managed, and in-house security operations. The partnership also expands channel opportunities across EMEA and aims to help organisations address ongoing challenges related to SOC staffing and security operations.
