HR Path announces authorisation as Workday Reseller for UK & Ireland

HR Path teams up with Workday to enhance digital transformation services for SMBs in the UK and Ireland.

HR Path, a consulting and technology services provider, has announced its new role as a Workday Value-Added Reseller (VAR) in the UK and Ireland. The partnership supports Workday’s plans for 2026, which include the continued development of platforms incorporating agentic AI capabilities.

Through this collaboration, HR Path will support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in Ireland and Scotland, combining its consulting and operational expertise with Workday’s solutions. The approach is designed to provide businesses with support throughout their transformation journey, with a focus on transparency, trust, and the use of AI technology.

A single point of contact for complete transformation

Today’s digital landscape requires more than technological change alone. In areas such as HR and finance, successful transformation depends on local expertise, regulatory compliance, and effective implementation. As an authorised VAR, HR Path will provide a central point of contact to support the deployment lifecycle, including:

  • Strategic Advisory & Selection: Supporting organisations in aligning business objectives with an appropriate technology approach.

  • Procurement & Licensing: Simplifying software acquisition through the partner model.

  • Implementation & Deployment: Supporting timely and localised system integration.

  • Operation & Continuous Optimisation: Providing ongoing support to help organisations adapt solutions as business requirements evolve.

A priority for SMBs

Expanding access to enterprise-level AI capabilities for SMBs is a priority for Workday. As organisations in Scotland and Ireland, many of which operate with smaller IT teams, manage growth and changing business needs, the VAR model provides access to Workday’s AI-enabled tools and capabilities that are also available to larger organisations.

Investments in expertise

HR Path’s focus on customer success includes investment in:

  • Advanced Training: Ongoing skills development to ensure consultants maintain current Workday certifications.

  • Joint Enablement Programs: Collaboration with Workday to provide access to agentic AI updates and strategic roadmaps.

These initiatives support HR Path’s aim of delivering consultancy services, improving project delivery, and helping businesses across Ireland and Scotland achieve sustainable outcomes through their Workday investments.
